Responded to text,calls,or on site with any information needed to help with decision of the purchase ! good or bad with the listing that I was being shown by her.
But most of all it was her 40 plus years of experience and the personality that she expressed over and over with each listing that she walked me threw!!
And I didn't make it easy for her with all inquiries that I needed to be addressed over and over which she was always there with calm and direct response! She spent many hours and miles, showing me many lake and river properties.
The effort that she spent with me her client! She located my lake house amongst the pines on a calm,charming lake front for all I know.
When you think you've seen it all ,

Maureen's market knowledge of the North Pocono area was excellent. She did a fantastic job of keeping in touch every step of the way. Her professionalism was top notch. She made the selling process extremely understandable and worry free.

Maureen handled a difficult situation with persistence and professionalism. It would have been easier to give up but she did a great job communicating and looking for options that was a win / win for both parties.

We could relax, knowing that Maureen was a caring, involved intermediary between us (the seller) and the buyer. Because of circumstances beyond Maureen’s control, the sale procedure was protracted. We had a special case of having to work with several points of contact. I am in a nursing home and cannot get around too well. My step daughter and her husband were my points of contact to get everything to Maureen and help me to set up appointments for getting access to the house, keeping up on the showings, and getting all the paperwork done. Maureen was great to help make things easy for all of us. She was respectful, understood the situation and made everything simple and easy for us to manage all the details. She answered every question and kept all of us in the loop when something needed to be done or how a showing went. When Maureen originally saw the house in July she thought we could have a closing by October and we did! Maureen is great to work with!

Maureen Edwards is a knowledgeable and experienced realtor. Unfortunately, neither she nor her agency had any clients interested in my lake property. However, through word of mouth in my community I was able to find a buyer. I was disappointed that she tried to get an extra percent commission on the sale during the closing process. When brought to her attention she agreed to correct it.

Maureen kept me informed during every step in the process and always responded to my questions promptly. Her evaluation of the market and assessment of appropriate asking price were spot on. I couldn't ask for a better realtor.
